Wooden wind instrument with possble bone mouthpiece. 6 finger holes of varying sizes and 1 thumb hole. Brown thread wrapped around the instrument underneath the mouthpiece and near the bottom end of the instrument. Burned into the wood ' PROFESIONAL / CUZCO / PERU' and a possible maker's mark.
