Typed case summary, correspondence, handwritten notes, charts, reports and autopsy report relating to male from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 50 at first examination in 1952. Conditions mentioned include: tinnitus; diplopia; unsteadiness; mental deterioration; Meniere's syndrome; cerebral atrophy; heart failure; and polyserositis. Nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
